We’re pleased to announce new enhancements to the NEOS Platform
Here’s what’s new:
- Suspense report: You can now generate a suspense report directly from the homepage. This downloadable PDF provides a snapshot of all proposal applications and any in-force policies with overdue premiums.
- New suspense tab (proposal policies): A new suspense tab gives you greater visibility over proposal policies, allowing you to view outstanding requirements, commission structure, and time since submission in one place. You can also securely upload outstanding requirements and send instructions to NEOS.
